Refund policy

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

To request a return, simply submit your request through our Return Center. Depending on the reason for your return, we may ask for additional details or photos to help process your request.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions from us first.

Refunds

Once your return request has been reviewed and approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days, without giving any reason.
